Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

One of the most sought-after careers in autism therapy, you’ll work one-on-one with an autistic child to help them develop new skills and decrease socially significant problem behavior. You’ll receive in-depth training in behavior analysis, speech therapy, and more. We provide all the training needed to be an RBT. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Use your graduate-level clinical training to evaluate children and create personalized treatment plans. Implement Lighthouse Fusion with our supportive RBTs and collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists to learn innovative techniques for speech development. Work with leading experts in the field to help learners achieve their goals. Like all careers in therapy for autism, being a BCBA at Lighthouse Autism Center is hugely rewarding.

Dually Certified Speech Language Pathologist and Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (SLP/BCBA)

Highly skilled and very rare—only a couple hundred exist worldwide—you have a master’s degree in both speech-language pathology and ABA and are certified SLPs and BCBAs. Through our Lighthouse Fusion model, you will combine behavior analysis and speech therapy into one cohesive treatment. You will consult and train our BCBAs so that every learner benefits from your expertise.
