Notice of Non-Discrimination

Lighthouse Autism Center (LAC) complies with all applicable State and Federal Civil Rights laws. No person shall be excluded from participation or be subjected to discrimination in any manner based on race, color, national origin, age, disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or religion.

LAC provides free language services to people whose primary language is not English and for people with disabilities in order to communicate effectively with us. These services include qualified interpreters and written information in other formats. If you need such assistance, please contact your local center’s Clinical Director or your child’s assigned BCBA to request these services.

How to File a Complaint:

If you believe that LAC has failed to provide these services or discriminated in another way based on race, color, national origin, age, disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or religion, you can file a grievance with LAC Compliance Hotline, LAC Compliance E-mail or the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights.
