LAC Intermediate, LLC DBA: Lighthouse Autism Center (“LAC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of every individual who visits its corporate website and uses the related services (collectively “Corporate Site”). This policy (“Privacy Policy”) provides notice of our information collection practices and of the ways in which your information may be used and disclosed with respect to the Corporate Site. Information Collected:
We collect the below categories of personal information from you when you access the Corporate Site. We, and our third-party vendors that support the Corporate Site, collect this information directly from you and automatically from your device or web browser when you visit the Corporate Site.
- Contact Information: Name, email address, postal address, and phone number.
- Website Activity: We collect information related to your access to and use of our Corporate Site, including the type of browser you use, access times, pages viewed, your IP address, and the page you viewed before and after visiting our Corporate Site. - SMS Content/Communications: The Company does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists to third parties. SMS OPT-IN OR PHONE NUMBERS for the purpose of SMS are not being shared.
- Authorized third-party vendors and service providers: We may share your information with third-party vendors and service providers that help us with specialized services, including billing, payment processing, customer service, email deployment, business analytics, marketing, advertising, performance monitoring, hosting, and data processing.

Please note that we may still send you messages in response to your inquiries or about other non-promotional items, such as legal notices or communications regarding the management of your relationship with us.
