The Lighthouse Difference – Where Compassionate Care Meets Clinical Excellence
At Lighthouse Autism Center, we are dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the lives of children with autism, as well as their families’ lives. Components of our services include:

At Lighthouse, we are about transforming lives, empowering families and strengthening communities every day.
- Individualized, evidence-based ABA therapy, tailored to each child’s unique needs
- Diagnostic testing is available for those in need of a medical diagnosis as their first step toward ABA therapy
- Our unique Lighthouse Fusion® ABA Therapy approach offers an enhanced focus on speech, language and communication skills
- Lighthouse Fusion® is guided by a specialized team of dually certified clinicians, some of only a handful in the world, that are both Board Certified Behavior Analysts and speech-language pathologists. Every Learner at Lighthouse has the opportunity to work with these world-class clinicians, ensuring an approach that integrates speech support and communication skills development throughout the ABA program day
With a strong focus on evidence-based therapy, we continually assess and refine our programs to ensure effective, impactful outcomes for your child, including school readiness.
The hours for ABA therapy are based on clinical recommendations in order to optimize the impact for each child’s unique needs. We offer flexible scheduling options to best support your child’s development at over 40 locations – and we’re growing- across 6 states
Families are major influencers of successful outcomes; we ask for a commitment to Learner attendance from parents or guardians because consistency of therapy is a key contributor to positive progress. We also stand alongside you throughout your own journey as a caregiver, to support your questions and challenges. We provide family education, problem-solving for behavior challenges, and even help you navigate your child’s “firsts”, such as joining your child’s first dentist appointment. With mutual commitment, we can celebrate many positive milestones along your Learner’s ABA therapy journey.
We strive to create a welcoming and rewarding environment that supports and celebrates our employees’ individual talents. We offer extensive benefits, training and career development opportunities, free continuing education, tuition reimbursement, and more, fostering a fulfilling career in the field of autism.

Meet Our Team
Dually Certified Speech Language Pathologists (SLP/BCBAs)
Lighthouse Autism Center is proud to have a team of dually-certified clinicians—one of only a handful worldwide—who are both licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). These highly skilled professionals are experts in both speech therapy and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), offering a unique and integrated approach to support your child’s development.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) are certified clinicians with a master’s degree and specialized training in ABA therapy. Each BCBA is highly trained and manages small caseloads of children. They are responsible for monitoring treatment, continually updating programs, and ensuring that each child is set up for success.
Registered Behavior Technician
A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a certified clinician with extensive training provided by Lighthouse Autism Center. RBT’s work one-on-one with children to implement therapy programs developed by BCBA’s. They serve as one part of an entire team of passionate clinicians working towards each child’s success.
