Join Lighthouse Autism Center Family

Are you looking for a job where you not only make a difference in the lives of children, but are also a valued employee who has a voice in the company you work for? Here at Lighthouse Autism Center, we believe each and every employee should have a stake in the future of our organization. We want you to be more than an employee, we want you to (literally) own a piece of Lighthouse Autism Center.

It’s not often that you find an employer that not only values you as an employee, but actively seeks your input and ownership of their company. Not only that, we provide great benefits, generous time-off, happy hours and an inclusive and fun work environment.

The Lighthouse team is guided by 7 core values that allow us to thrive as therapists for our kids and teammates to our fellow co-workers:

Lighthouse Autism Center Values

  1. Care about people more than anything.
  2. Judge people by more than their metrics.
  3. Don’t separate the vision from the operations.
  4. Put a premium on innovation & creativity.
  5. Be completely trustworthy.
  6. Give away credit.
  7. Be yourself.

If you want to be a part of a team where you make a difference, are valued as an employee, and supported by a team of coworkers with similar values, consider applying to join the Lighthouse team today.
