ABA THERAPIST

Responsible for providing intensive behavioral intervention services to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other language delays utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide direct therapy in individual and group sessions
  • Maintain client’s program book
  • Implement individualized treatment plan as written and directed by senior behavior analyst
  • Graph data as instructed
  • Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge
  • Maintain and protect the well- being of all clients

Skills/Qualifications:

Individual must be creative, flexible, motivated and possess excellent time management skills. Candidate must be a team player and have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Psychology, Education or a related field. All applicants must pass a background check.
